Free private parking is available directly in the courtyard. Access is very convenient and contactless via a key box behind the house. A small storage room is private and not accessible. Other things to note Dear guests, The property is conveniently located in Neunkirchen (Saarland) – close to the city center, the Saarpark Center, the Neunkirchen Clinic, the A6 and A8 highways (only about 800 m away) as well as Kaufland, Mediamarkt and a gas station. There is a bus stop only 100 m away – ideal for a comfortable arrival and excursions without a car. The first bedroom has a balcony – a wonderful place to end the day in a relaxed way. No smoking inside the apartment. However, a cozy area on the balcony is available for smoking guests. Important note for families: Due to the construction (2nd floor, many stairs and balcony access) and the size of the accommodation, it is only suitable for accommodating a maximum of one child under the age of 10. This regulation is exclusively for the safety and comfort of your family – so that you can feel completely comfortable and relaxed with us. Open fire (e.g. candles or sparklers) are not allowed in the apartment – safety always comes first. We do not wear street shoes in the apartment. So bring your slippers to make it really comfortable. Guests without German citizenship must fill out a registration form in accordance with §§ 29 and 30 of the Federal Registration Act (BMG) upon arrival – this is required by law in Germany. Check-in is very easy and contactless via a key box behind the house. You will receive the code one day before your arrival.
