Description
Find peace in rural New Hampshire! Enjoy a relaxing getaway with family and friends in this unique forest haven. Working remote? Get inspired! A small stream runs through the mostly wooded 3 acre property. BBQ, fireplace, sandbox and basketball hoop are available for our guests in the garden. Far away from any city bustle and noise, the small access road is only used by a few neighbors. Hardly any light pollution will affect stunning views of the starry sky at night. The space The house’s “earthship-style”-construction contributes to its charm. The window front and terrace are facing south with beautiful views into the garden and forest. The north side is covered with earth. All rooms have access to the garden and are flooded with light. The common rooms invite you to spend time together - for example cooking in the spacious kitchen, eating together at the large wooden table or relaxing on the couch. A 65 inch screen and an old record player may be used for your entertainment. The house has 3 bed rooms which sleep up to 9 persons. The master bed room has a king-size bed, a private bathroom and a walk-in closet. There you also can find a Foosball table and a dart board, as well as a desk. The second bed room has a queen bed, 2 nightstands and a built-in closet. In the third room there is a bunk bed with full over full size and a twin that can be pulled out underneath. The room could fit up to 5 people: 3 adults and 2 kids (the official limit for the upper bed is 250pound and 300 for the lower full-size, the twin has no limit). In addition, 2 persons could probably also sleep on the couch, but we don’t provide bedding (so in case you need the extra, you should bring that yourself). Guest access please read the guest instruction that is mailed to you after booking Other things to note please be aware that there are fire restrictions from the town or state sometimes which won't allow the guests to do an open fire outside. If you are booking mainly to do an outside fire, please ask before and make sure it is allowed in your time of year.
