Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located 2br/2ba beachfront condo. Located on the 3rd floor, the views from the living room and primary bedroom are spectacular. North Myrtle Beach's Main Street is only 6 blocks away, where you will find dining, shopping, entertainment, and more! The space This cozy condo sits Oceanfront in North Myrtle Beach's Ocean Drive neighborhood. When you arrive, you will find plenty of on-site parking for cars (no motorcycles, trailers, or golf carts). Because the building only has 3 floors, there is no elevator on site, however the stairs will lead you to an amazing view of the Ocean. Upon entering, an in-unit washer and dryer can be found in the utility room off the main hallway. As you step into the kitchen, you will find a refrigerator/freezer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and plenty of cooking utensils. The open floor plan connects with the dining area and living room. Within the living room, you will find a sleeper sofa, a chair which converts to a twin bed, Cable TV, board games, and access to the balcony overlooking the ocean. The primary suite houses a king bed and its own bathroom with a shower. There is also a private entrance onto the balcony from this bedroom, which has amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean and the beach. Bedroom 1 also has cable tv and a large closet with a luggage rack, pack and play and laundry hamper. Bedroom two has a queen bed, a closet, and cable TV. Bathroom two (a shower and tub combination) sits just off of Bedroom 2 in the hallway. The building itself has private beach access, a private swimming pool, outdoor grills, and a back deck with lawn chairs. It is within walking distance (6 blocks) to shopping and dining on Main Street and within a 5-10 minute car ride of Barefoot Landing. Guest access Guests may utilize the entire 2 bedroom/2 bath condo. The only area not accessible is a small supply closet off of the laundry room. Other things to note Please note there is not an elevator on site and access to the condo is via stairs only.
