San Gimignano, with its famous towers, inviting restaurants, small shops, and its renowned local white wine Vernaccia, is just a 15-minute drive away. In Poggibonsi, about 14 kilometres from the house, you’ll find several supermarkets and the Poggibonsi-S. Gimignano train station, offering easy connections to Siena and Florence without the need to worry about parking. Colle Val d’Elsa, known for its crystal glass production, as well as Volterra and the coast near Livorno, also make for great day trips. The stone-built villa sits within a charming garden dotted with inviting seating areas. About 20 metres from the house, the pool is nestled in a wide expanse of lawn, offering plenty of space for sunbathing and quiet moments of relaxation.
