Double room with TV in Rothwell

Beautiful double garden-view room available in a friendly home. The room comes with a tv, access to firestick, a dolce gusto machine and use of your own large bathroom featuring standalone bath and separate waterfall-head shower. The space You are more than welcome to join me in the living space where you’ll find a comfy corner sofa, extendable dining table which is neatly tucked away in the dining/relaxing space, and a kitchen which you are welcome to use. Milk, tea and coffee is available for you throughout your stay. I am a professional woman in my 30s who lives alone with my lovely 3 year old Cavapoo Teddy and little 10-month old puppy, Beau. Both are super friendly and will love and cuddle and fuss. Beau being small and sassy does yap to play, for fuss and because it’s Wednesday, but is calm and quiet when settled down ❤️ During your stay I live in the property, and will be available to contact on Airbnb messages during your stay if you need me when I’m not at home ☺️ You will have your own key during your stay which you can access via a key safe on arrival. You are welcome to interact with me as little or much as you like during your stay. I’m very laid back and like to make sure that you feel comfortable and at home! My dogs love people and will be very excited that you are there. Beau does not quite understand consent and will try to snog you if you sit down with them whether you like this or not 🙃 but once she’s calmed down she will be less forceful with affection - ish.
