Our Tiny House is located in Summarecon Bandung Dayana Housing Cluster. - 8 minutes driving to Masjid Raya Al Jabbar. - 5 minutes driving to toll access km 149 Gedebage ( temporarily closed due to flyover repairs ) - 10 minutes driving to Tegalluar station, Bandung Jakarta fast train. - 10 minutes driving to Gedebage railway station. - 5 minutes driving to Summarecon Bandung mall and traditional modern market in Summarecon. - 8 minutes driving to McDonald's, Richeese Factory , Mixue. The space 1st Floor there are : - 1 small bedroom with a size of 120x200 mattress , 2 pillows and a small fan. - 1 small bathroom can be used for showering. (Hot Water available) - In the living room there is a small sofa and a 45 inch Smart TV. Dining table with 4 seater. - In the kitchen there is a refrigerator, gas stove, cooking utensils and a hot water dispenser. 2nd Floor there are : - 1 master bedroom with a queen size spring bed, 2 pillows , wardrobe , 32 inch smart Tv, and air conditioning . - 1 small bathroom can be used for showering. (Hot Water available) - Outdoor area for smoking. Guest access If you take the toll road, you can exit the Gedebage toll road at km 149. ( Closed due fly over repair ) If you go along the normal road, you can go through Jalan Gede Bage and enter the Summarecon Bandung area. To enter the dayana cluster via 1 card access and exit. There are play ground area for kids and outdoor fitness area.
