The maximum limit allowed must be respected. Airbnb only allows you to select up to 16 people. DOES NOT INCLUDE: ✓ Personal toiletries - Towels - Soap, Shampoo, PH ✓ Cleaning items: - Garbage bags, cloths, cleaner, etc. IMPORTANT: ✓ Meetings and celebrations are allowed as long as the limit of people in the house and the noise that respects the other apartments is respected. ✓ The condominium's noise level must be respected so as not to disturb the neighbors ✓ If decorated for the celebration, it is the guest's responsibility to clean up the remains (pica pica, confetti, balloons, etc.) Failure to comply with the rules may result in fines of up to $300
