This house offers a country feel with backyard grilling and sitting around a nice fire pit that the whole family will be able to enjoy. This house is located 7 minutes from the heart of downtown Nacogdoches. Where you will be able to find entertainment, food, shopping, & touring. The space The Borrow’s house offers 6 guest. 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms , office with you own private workspace. Our aim is to provide you with comfort and cleanliness. Master bedroom includes a kings size bed with a walking closet that has a joining master bathroom with a soaking tub. One of our beautiful guest rooms offers a queen size bed that has nightstands on both size of bed. A dresser with mirror and a closet for you hanging clothes. The second quest bedroom offer two twin beds and a night stand that is in the middle for convenience, a closet. The guest bathroom is a full bathroom tub/shower combo and it’s located in the hall for easy access for guest. Living room has a comfortable sofa with two access chairs, smart tv, with WiFi, a fireplace to help with keeping it comfortable and relaxing. Full equipped kitchen with all new appliances. Washer and Dryer Relax in a big backyard around a fire pit, we have provided our quest with a BBQ grill and a picnic table. Keep your car protected in a large garage that has a easy access to door entering to the kitchen with a keypad lock and unlock. Host is close by if you need any assistance. Guest access Guest have access to the entire house to enjoy. This house provides plenty outside space that you have full access to , it provides a grill, picnic table, and out door fire pit that surrounded with chairs to relax by Other things to note Self check in keypad entry with code which is on the door on garage I will provide a book that will high light some of our favorites. Historically down Nacogdoches offer shopping, food, winery’s. Short drive to SFA and we have some beautiful trails that are great for riding bikes and walking.
