Quiet area with several supermarkets (Pam via Bazzini and via Teodosio, Carrefour Express via Impere Unes and Carrefour via Vallazze) and literally any type of service (laundry, tailoring, hardware, hairdressers, etc...) under the house. Upper floor with a special view The space The house consists of two rooms (Living Room + Bedroom), plus a kitchenette, bathroom and entrance. In the living room there is a double sofa bed, which can be used as a second bed, allowing 4 people to stay comfortably. It will be possible upon request to agree whether to have the sofa bed already open and equipped with sheets, or if you prefer to open and close the sofa bed independently. Both rooms feature TVs equipped with Chromecast, in the living room 55-inch and in the bedroom 40-inch. The kitchenette is equipped with pots, cutlery, working gas with mandatory use of the gas lighter, electric kettle, oven and microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and toaster.
