Our house "Villa Sainte Thérèse" is newly renovated. We will welcome you from spring 2024 in modern comfort and with new amenities. It is ideally located in the city center of a small fishing village called Wissant. You will be able to park your car and enjoy walking to the beach, shops (pharmacy, fishmonger, butcher, ice cream, bread depot...), the nearby market and restaurants. The space This house is composed on the ground floor of an entrance hall, a living room, a TV-WIFI lounge, an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee machine, etc.), a shower room, a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and a toilet. The upper floor consists of a bathroom, a toilet and 3 bedrooms detailed below: - one bedroom with a 160*200 double bed, - one bedroom with a double bed of 160*200 and - one bedroom with 4 single beds of 90*200. You will appreciate the two outdoor spaces. The first of 45 m² is located in front of the facade overlooking the church, so you can settle in and feel the atmosphere of this typical village. A pétanque court will be at your disposal. The second 50 m² is south-facing to enjoy the sun all day with its wooden terrace equipped with a garden table and deck chairs.
