Stylish detached home in leafy Surrey village

Our stylish, lovingly cared for home is located in the well connected and affluent Surrey village of Claygate. It is a special house, on a quiet cul-de-sac, and backs directly on to the Claygate Common - offering beautiful woodland vistas from the back doors! Claygate station and the high street are a short walk away. The high street is full of tasteful and trendy independent cafe's, restaurants and other shops - including an award-winning fishmonger, butcher and bakery. The space *Perfectly located for Wimbledon Lawn Tennis Tournament* This is our family home (4 bedroom house - although the nursery is not included in the Airbnb listing). We do spend long periods of time out of the country, so you will have the entire house to yourself during your stay. Downstairs, the living areas are light, airy and stylishly decorated with the back doors looking out on to the woods directly behind the house. This gives a very peaceful and rural feeling, despite being located within Claygate village. If cooking is your thing, the kitchen is well-appointed and opens up on to the family room which includes a casual dining space and children's 'play' area. Through the play area, is a utility room with drier, iron and treadmill. This room also includes the shower facility. Next to the kitchen, the dining room and lounge are comfortable, warm and tastefully decorated - the perfect place to relax after a day walking in Surrey or stomping the streets of London. There is one downstairs guest toilet. Upstairs is light and airy as well and includes the 3 bedrooms and family bathroom (with bath). Bedroom 1 is the main bedroom and has views looking out on to the woods as well as out to the front of the house. There is a super king bed in this room. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed with a small en suite toilets. Bedroom 3 has one single bed - although an additional single mattress can be made available on request. A travel cot and high chair is also available on request. There is off street parking, available for 2 cars and there is direct access to the Claygate Common right next to the house. This is the perfect place to relax and catch up with friends or family. So Other things to note We're flexible with check in/check out times, however we do need to consider housekeeping and laundry between guests so the official check in time is 15:00 and check out is at 11:00. We just want to make sure that everything is of the highest standard for you and to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Board games We have lots of these available and please feel free to use them (can be found in the wooden chest in the lounge).
