The space This beautiful villa is a perfect space to enjoy as a family, just 1 minute from our walking stay. You can find the beach at Cocalito (on the side of surf city) with wonderful waves and a beautiful view. 10 minutes by car are the amazing waves from Peak Rock Beach where during the season there are surf tournaments. The villa comes with everything needed for a pleasant stay, it has its own kitchen, bathrooms, common areas, terrace, WiFi, WiFi, washing machine, air conditioning, private pool and parking. The space has 4 bedrooms each with its full bathroom, plus another full bathroom with guests and an outdoor shower for the use of the pool. It also has a kitchen equipped with the basics overlooking the pool. The dining room is outside. The area is very nice and everything is new. The outside space has a gate for privacy, however in the parking area there is a nice garden. The rental of the house can be complete or partial, you can rent one or two rooms only for a lower price, if so you can communicate by message for more information.
