This newly remodeled designer home is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath cottage. It's an absolute DREAM! Boasting a private heated pool that is brand new with beautiful fountains, outdoor grill, patio furniture for dining and lounging, firepit and sun loungers makes this home your ultimate getaway vacation experience. The Space As you step into the Cozy entrance of the Cottage, you'll instantly be charmed by some of its Vintage Cottage feels. The tastefully decorated living room is inspired by Cottage Craftsmanship. There is a large sofa, Smart TV with Sonos Sound bar and two recliners which makes this space perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. Our fully equipped kitchen is complete with top -of -the- line appliances, solid wood dovetail cabinetry, ample counter space including a 4-person seated bar/island. Enjoy your meals and create an unforgettable dining experience. The highlight of the Cozy Cottage is that you immediately feel warmth from the time you walk in until the time you have to depart. We are super proud to announce the completion of the new indoor heated pool. It's a true tropical Haven waiting for you and your guests. The shimmering pool beckons you to take a refreshing dip, and the nearby patio invites you to bask in the warm Florida sun on comfortable lounge chairs. If you choose to have the pool heated there will be a $25.00 a day heater charge. Please let us know prior to your stay which you prefer. Other things to note *There is outdoor security cameras located at the front door and sides of home for self-check-in confirmation and security. *We ask that you report damages to us to avoid any additional replacement fees. * Smoke is strictly prohibited and not allowed in or around the house. * Running or Jumping in the pool area is NOT allowed.
