Family home – Chez Pépère!

Family home renovated in 2023, enjoy the calm of the countryside to recharge your batteries! The house, on 2 levels, is composed, on the ground floor, of an entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a bathroom and a separate toilet. On the 1st floor, it is composed of 4 bedrooms, a bathroom + toilet. Right in the middle of Lorraine: 35 minutes from Nancy, 20 minutes from Charmes, Lunéville and 1 hour from the Vosges. Included: Linens (sheets + towels) Possibility to park cars in front of the house. The space The house is intended for 8 people + 1 baby maximum. Baby equipment: A baby/toddler bed is provided in one of the bedrooms. A changing table can be provided on request. The accommodation is also equipped with a high chair and a waterproof basin that can be used as a bathtub! A potty is located in the bathroom on the 1st floor. The coffee maker is Senseo. Outdoor amenities (trampoline, swing, etc.) as well as a table and a charcoal barbecue (not included) will be set up as soon as the good weather returns in a fenced garden. Non-smoking accommodation (ashtray available in front of the house). Animals (even small ones, even nice ones...) are not allowed. 🙂 Other things to note Although the rental includes end-of-stay cleaning, hosts are expected to do the dishes, wipe and store them, and clean the sink, microwave, oven and gas stove.
