Tucked away , and directly beside a babbling brook, this stunning newly renovated barn has all mod cons and everything you need for the perfect break. 65 inch Sky glass tv, huge walk in shower, gorgeous kitchen with granite work tops and built in appliances. Nestled in the Surrey hills there are miles of gorgeous walks quite literally on the doorstep. The space Welcome to Mearshurst Barn. Behind the humble rustic exterior lies a stunningly converted open plan living space with lounge kitchen dining, a vaulted ceiling and beautiful old oak beams. Tastefully decorated you will feel instantly at home with all the comforts you should need. The bedroom has a king size bed and although its a compact room it is super comfy, with professionally laundered white cotton linen. There is an en-suite shower room with a massive walk in shower where the water pressure is amazing . Everywhere the ceiling is vaulted so the height throughout makes the barn feel super spacious. The barn sits in a wooded spot next to a babbling stream. It is 1/2 a mile from the nearest road so is really a getaway from it all rural spot. With far reaching views directly outside its hard to convey the tranquility and beauty of the barns location. The barn is reached via a long track which can which has a 10MPH speed limit due to the wildlife frequently found on it. Your pets are welcome but we do have many pheasants and wild deer in the surrounding fields so please be sure to keep them under control at all times. The barn is ideal as a base for walking or if you just want to hunker down and relax. We would suggest bringing provisions with you, there are no takeaway delivery options and the nearest shops are a drive away, this really is an off the beaten track romantic spot. The tranquility of the surrounding field views and the stream babbling past your front door will amaze you. The Barn is surrounded by nature and wildlife. There are frequently red kites soaring in the skies above and at night you will hear the call of owls. We hope you will enjoy this amazing space in this incredible location. Guest access The entire barn and outdoor area to the front are solely for your use during your stay. Ample parking directly outside the barn. Early check in is available at 1.30 pm for a fee of £15, this is added and paid for after booking and is subject to availability of cleaners. Other things to note The barn is situated half a mile up a rural farm track. You must drive slowly, max speed 10mph. Please note that in the winter months you may hear the sound of gun fire from the local game shoot, this is usually very brief. Throughout the year there is sometimes farm machinery in the fields nearby, primarily this is during harvest time. There is one other cottage nearby.
