We are offering an entire 1 bedroom with approx 600 sqft. The apartment is newly renovated and fully stocked A maximum of 3 guests can stay and rest very comfortable. The location is ideal. The next bus stop is a minute away, train station is an 8 minute walk. Either way, you'll be at the airport in less than 10 minutes and Frankfurt or Mainz City are about 20 minutes away. The space WiFi is included The bedroom has a queensize bed and a closet. The living room has a dining area with a table and 3 chairs. The bathroom has a tub that can be used as shower as well. The sofa in the living room can easily be truned into another queensize bed offering a comfy place to sleep for a third guest. The TV has Netflix, Disney+ & Amazon Prime. Just make sure to login with your own account. The soundbar is hooked to the TV and can also be used to play music through bluetooth connection. The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with everything needed. Dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, fridge, etc Guest access Guests will have the entire aprtment for themselves, no shared area. We will be meeting our guests for check-in or store the keys in a keybox and leave instructions. Other things to note Some grocery stores in town.
