Cozy home close to restaurants, businesses, and city transit. Located near downtown area where guests can experience events and visit tourist locations. Our home includes a beautiful backyard, patio, fire pit, garden, and outside dining area. Darlene and Art have been homeowners for over 40 years and want to share their space for guests to feel welcome and comfortable. Home includes two bedrooms, one bathroom, open concept kitchen, living, & dining area. The space We are located in a great area full of restaurants, bars and cafes. Grocery store is a block away. We are close to the Zoo, downtown, Football and Hockey stadiums, University of Calgary and SAIT. There is a small dog park walking distance away. Guest access Guests have access to main floor through the front door. You will also have access to the back deck and backyard. Firewood is provided for an outdoor fire. Laundry is available upon request. Free Wi-Fi available; excellent connection for remote work. Other things to note We are walking distance from pharmacy, grocery store, liquor store, and restaurants/cafes. Being at the heart of Calgary there is easy transit (bus & C-Train) to access all areas of the city. Home is close to the location of the Calgary Stampede.
