It has a massive open plan kitchen (with an island/breakfast nook) opening to the dining room and lounge. Also a nespresso machine for that early morning coffee on the balcony. There is a large balcony with very comfortable outdoor furniture and a gas braai that overlook the coastline of Durban and the North Coast. It has an open plan office space with a comfortable desk and chair. The kitchen appliances and the geyser are both run on gas. Guest access Guest enter the building through a security gate and will park in the 2 allocated parking's. Thereafter there is a short flight of stairs that lead to an elevator.
