Dine by the water at the Garibaldi Portside Bistro, Crab Rock Pizza and Dairy Queen is just down the street for that evening craving! Rockaway Beach is just a short drive away or enjoy a ride on one of the historic Garibaldi Steam Trains! There's a new food court next door! The space The cottage is equipped with a queen size bed, full bath with tub and the cottage kitchen is best for lite meal prep. It is supplied with cooking utensils, flatware, bowls, plates, knives, cups and other basic items. There is a small refrigerator, water kettle, Keurig type coffee maker with a small sample of coffees, a microwave and small convection oven. There is a Roku television with access to shows and movies for your enjoyment. Free Wi-Fi available throughout the property. Once an artist retreat, built from a 1920's Model T garage, you may now see what makes this home so unique. The front of the cottage was made from an old ship wheelhouse from the nearby ocean beach. Everything about this 300+ sqft dream is unique and fun. Pet Free/Smoke Free property and no seafood processing in the cottage please. (Cooking, Cleaning, Storing of Clams, Crab, Fish, Oysters, etc. Unfortunately we've had guests leave seafood juices and pieces in the kitchen and it was expensive for them to have us clean the smell out of the cottage, therefore, we cannot allow it anymore. We hope you understand. There are places nearby that do allow it. Thank you). We would hope all our guests would be respectful of our cottage and cleanup after themselves, just like it was their own home. We greatly appreciate your kindness and care. Other things to note Our space is not suitable for children. Because of local city ordinances, we must maintain a list of names and contact information for all guests. We also require a profile photo, to protect you as well as us so we know who is supposed to be on the property. Please send that information to us upon booking. We feel it is your responsibility to verify current COVID restrictions or other during your travels as they could change at anytime. Current government photo ID maybe required upon check-in.
