Great neighborhood, fully equiped, garden, washer!

We have 15 to 35% discount on long stays! The apartment is located in a perfect place, a quiet street in the heart of Sopocachi. Close to many supermarkets, restaurants, public transportation, parks, cable car, etc. It's on the first floor (by stairs) and had sunlight the hole morning. It's fully equipped and has access to a beautiful garden on the backyard of the building. Great WiFi and really wide areas. Great for work or holidays! The space The location, a fully equipped kitchen, hot water 24/7, are just a few things that will make your stay memorable! There's a washing machine and small laundry, Android TVs in each room, sound system and wide open living and dining room. Guest access The apartment is just for you. I've a small room that I use to store some things, but you won't even notice. The apartment is on the first floor, there's no elevator in the building. The building has a nice garden on the back, that you can use without a problem, it's shared with the rest of owners of the building.
