The space 1 BR Condo (32.5 sqm) with Balcony, very clean & fully Furnished with 2 window AC + 1 portable electric fan, 1 Queen size bed+ extra single mattresses, cozy living room with TV & 3-seater sofa, free access of Fiber optic Wifi, Netflix, hot & cold shower, hair dryer, Iron & board, clothes Closet, fully equipped Kitchen with basic utensils, 4-seater high dining table, provided with Guests essential needs like linens set, towel, complimentary water bottle, coffee & creamer, bathroom tissue, head & body gel, hand liquid & dishwashing liquid soap. Can accommodate up to 5 Guests (max of 4 adults only), apartment is near to the entrance gate. 24/7 Security cameras and guards around the compound & in each Building. The UNIT is a NON- SMOKING AREA ( there's a designated smoking area around the compound ) 6.4 km from Davao Int'l Airport ; 2km to Sasa Wharf going to beautiful Samal Island Beaches, accessible to Grocery Shops, Banks, Hospitals ,Malls & Restaurants. Taxis and public transports are available in the area. Guest access 🖌 Present your IDs' to the main gate ( Guard House ) for guest verification & the Unit is on the second building from the main gate. 🖌 2:00 PM ( PST) Check-In Time - onwards ( Self Check -In with access code ) 🖌 11:00 AM (PST) Check-Out Time ★ Pls.note no early check-ins & late check-outs in the UNIT, kindly inform me if you can't avoid some circumstances for possible arrangement, but it depends to the availability of the UNIT and extra charges will be applied per hour. 🖌 There's an open lobby "Casa Asuncion" in front of the building of the UNIT, you can use there as a waiting area. 🖌 There's elevator inside the building and the unit is in 3rd floor 🖌 Paid Parking slots within the premises, is for first come first serve basis (P300/day, coordinate in the main gate guards), but there's also paid parkings' available outside of the compound, near to the main gate. 🖌 The whole compound & each building is with cameras and has 24/7 security, you will be having a safety stays to our place. Other things to note 🖌 single mattress, linen sets, towel will be provided for the declared extra guests ( Unit is good for 5 guests) 🖌 Pool access will be provided for the number of declared guests ( up to 5 ). 🖌 some available basic toiletries, snacks, drinks for charges inside the unit. 🖌 We can cater daily cleaning with charges on your stays 🖌 The unit is completely a NON-SMOKING area 🖌 Please follow the RULES & REGULATIONS of the compound/Unit to avoid penalties.
