Miss Peggy is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath mobile home on a fenced in private lot. It is located 5 minutes from the public boat ramp on Susie Baker Road on the Sapelo River in Townsend, Georgia. You are minutes from the intracoastal waterway, and Doboy and Sapelo sounds. The Fish Dock restaurant is within walking distance. I-95/US 17 is a short 8-10 minute drive, and provides an easy commute to Brunswick or Savannah. Large screened porch to enjoy. No Pets and No Smoking. Not a long term rental. The space The master bedroom has a King bed and full bath. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed and full bath. Washer/dryer, full kitchen furnished with all cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. Basic linens (sheets, towels, wash cloths) Screened porch with rockers, patio furniture. Large fenced in yard for parking. WIFI is provided for you to sign in and access your personal Youtube TV, etc. Other things to note The dock at the end of River Street is a private subdivision dock and not for our use. The public dock is a 5 minute drive from River Street and located on Susie Baker Road.
