A private patio and garden provides the perfect platform from which to enjoy the surrounding countryside while a tastefully furnished interior affords all the convenience of a modern holiday cottage. A stone step leads us through a glass doorway. A living flame gas fire sits on a welsh slate hearth to your right. A luxurious leather sofa sits to your left (don’t ask how we got the sofa through the narrow entrance). An impressive stone opening reaching from floor to ceiling takes us into a small dining area. The circular dining table and chairs must have one of the best views in Wales. Turning back into the main living area we circle the central staircase to get to the kitchen area. The kitchen is small but well equipped and includes a combination oven, grill and microwave and electric hop, fridge and dishwasher. An adjacent ground floor bathroom has a modern white bathroom suite with power shower. As steep wooden staircase leads us up into the vaulted ceiling of the barn. The stairway has an alternating step design so may not suit guests with mobility problems. The original and exposed oak beams of the barn flank a low slung king sized bed. White Egyptian cotton sheets and an uninterrupted view of the setting sun ensures a comfortable and romantic end to your day. Please note, additional logs need to be purchased to heat the hot tub (available locally). Warming the water will take time and some attention. EV charging point (charging fees apply).
