It has two bedrooms with outdoor ventilation. Both spaces with double beds and spacious closets. The living room has a three-seater chaise longue and 42"TV. The kitchen, with a small bar and four stools, has everything you need for use: hob stovetop, oven, microwave and washing machine. It has a bathroom with a shower. It has electric heating (for more information see "other important details") The entire accommodation has internet connection. Guest access This apartment is rented intact and will be available to our guests. Other things to note IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!! **HEATING** This home has heating by portable electric radiators enabled from November to April. The maximum ignition time is limited to between 4 and 6 hours a day, depending on the weather. Guests can choose their operating hours based on their living habits. It is important to understand that heating an accommodation like ours is not the same as heating a smaller hotel room (15 m²).
 By calling for responsible use as part of a climate and social emergency, we want to be part of the solution and not the problem. Therefore, and given the oceanic climate of our city, where the temperatures in the coldest winter months range between 6º and 15º C, we will have available the heating always maintaining a comfortable temperature ranging between 18º and 20º C. ** TRAVEL COT ** Travel cot is provided upon request and subject to availability; for hygienic reasons, bedding for the cot is not provided. **TOASTERS** In order to avoid cross-contamination, we remove toasters from our homes. A toaster is an item that cannot go through a disinfection process with hot water or other cleaning that ensures the removal of traces of gluten and other allergens. Unlike a hotel, a kitchen and utensils such as pans or even oven are available in a house/apartment, so the function of a toaster is easily replaceable.
