Welcome to Ivyona - our little slice of paradise. Just a 400m stroll from beautiful Manyana Beach you will find this cute 3-bedroom beach house. The space Two bedrooms boasting queen beds and a third larger room with three sets of bunk beds, this recently refurbished charmer is the ideal getaway for two small families or one big family or friend group. There is one bathroom with a toilet, shower and a separate bath and a second toilet in the laundry. A semi-private outdoor shower with hot water is the perfect way to clean up after a long day at the beach. There is a well-appointed kitchen and modern decor. There is enough room for 8-10 people at the extendable dining table and enough room on the deck to seat the same. BBQ is also provided on the deck overlooking the large backyard (not fully fenced). Manyana is an undeveloped, quiet village on the South Coast, an easy three hour drive from Sydney and Canberra. It is surrounded by bushland and an abundance of native wildlife, including daily sightings of kangaroo mobs. A haven for surfers, swimmers, paddle boarders and fisherman, with multiple beaches and a lake to choose from. The local National Park offers trails for hiking and bike riding enthusiasts. The neighborhood park featuring a children’s playground, skate ramp, tennis and basketball courts and sports field are just a stroll around the corner. For essential food supplies, Bendalong Store is just a five minute drive away. It sells petrol, gas, alcohol and basic grocery supplies. It also has cafe and take-away options. Bendalong Beach is nearby with its famous stingray family and boat ramp to the ocean. The Deli Cafe in Cunjurong Point is also a short five minute drive in the opposite direction or a leisurely 20 minute walk. Cunjurong has a boat ramp into the crystal clear Lake Conjola. A 30 minute drive away is the town of Milton offering cafes, pubs, a large IGA supermarket and homewares shops. On weekends you will often find markets.
