Only 24 miles from Mundo Maya Intl Airport; 17 miles to Tikal National park. The space This comfortable villa offers 1 Queen Size bed, 1 sofa bed and a bunk bed with 2 twin size mattresses. For your convenience it has a refrigerator, microwave oven, dishes and silverware. Private parking for one car. There are only 2 villas in our property for a total maximum occupancy of 10 people altogether. Common areas include beach area, patio, swimming pool, garden, grass, garage and a private pier and a palapa with hammocks where you can relax or dine al fresco. Guest access This property has several steps; therefore, we do not recommend it to people with limited mobility. There’s no wheelchair access. Other things to note We are in front of the lake and surrounded by the jungle, while the house is pretty much free of critters (they’ll come around if you leave food outside so we encourage you to put it in the refrigerator) we are still surrounded by wildlife. There are monkeys, toucans and many other animals inhabiting the jungle. You will seldom see them, but you are likely to hear the hawler monkeys and frogs at night; and regarding insects we take special precautions to make sure the house is free of them. We take pride of sharing our place with our guests and hope you will love your stay. This property has several steps; therefore we do not recommend it to people with limited mobility. There’s no wheelchair access. Limited Internet access, enough to browse, Skype or WhatsApp, not to stream movies or load big files as we don’t have a landline nearby. We are in a rural area surrounded by nature and we recommend YOU BRING all the necessary food to cook. Alternatively, you can drive about 1 km to the nearest restaurant. Note if you are a large family, you may reserve the three villas where you can accommodate 10 people.
