Cozy Private Room w/ En-suite Bathroom

Welcome to our home! We're located in a peaceful, brand new neighborhood in central Colorado Springs. Our goal is to provide a quality accommodation at an affordable price for our guests! Location highlights: - 10 min to Colorado Springs Airport (COS) - 12 min to downtown Colorado Springs - 15 min to Old Colorado City - 20 min to Garden of the Gods & Manitou Springs (famous for The Incline and Pikes Peak Railway) The space Guests have their own bedroom and an ensuite private bathroom on the 1st floor, allowing total privacy from the rest of the house. WiFi, a Smart TV, and a dedicated workspace are available to use in the bedroom. Keep in mind that myself, my husband, our two cats live in the house upstairs, so you may hear us doing our daily thing from time to time. IMPORTANT: Please keep your bedroom door shut as much as possible. Our cats are super friendly, but they're curious little creatures and will try sneak into your room if your door is open! Guest access Guests will enter through the front door, located on the right side of our house (see listing photos). If you would like to use the kitchen or laundry upstairs, we may allow it on a case-by-case basis but it is NOT guaranteed. Without prior approval, the entire second floor and garage is off-limits to guests. During your stay We're happy to provide you with local tips for nice restaurants/activities/etc! We will mostly try to stay out of your way unless you would like to socialize. Other things to note We do NOT allow pets (exception of service animals), smoking, drugs, parties, or events.
