You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place, in the heart of horse country, and right next door to the Metamora Hunt. Your hostess, Janine, has been running a Bed and Breakfast for almost 30 years, and has made more friends hosting weekends, weddings, and animal lovers over than years than she ever thought possible. The space All rooms are charmingly antique-filled, feature double beds/full size and have private baths. The MasterSuite boasts a double sink, a jacuzzi, and its own large screen TV. There is also room in the MasterSuite for a twin size roll-away if needed ( small extra charge). And special arrangements can be made for additional rollaways , when one books all three guest rooms. Guest access Guests are welcome to make themselves at home, enjoy all of the common areas, from the sunroom - where one can frequently see horses, foxhounds and carriages go by, to the living room, dining room, patio, and backyard. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the deck, backyard, outdoor dining tables and more. They may also use the two cast iron outdoor dining tables which seat up 10 12 guests, as well as the outdoor grills to cook. During your stay My husband Steve and I are pet-friendly, family-friendly and people-friendly hosts ... who like joining our guests for breakfast and getting to know each other a bit. We are also available to provide directions and reccommendations for places to lunch, or have dinner, as well as happy to provide suggestions of other things to do in the area: from hot air ballooning, to foxhunting, to horseshowing, golf, biking, hiking, antiqueing, carriage driving and more. Just let us know what you're interested in, and we'll point the way. Other things to note Janine lives on the premises, and offers a choice of breakfast options, from a self-serve buffet to a farm fresh hot breakfast depending on your needs. There is however, no option for guests to cook for themselves indoors, or room in the fridge for guest groceries. You may, however, bring your own coolers, beverages, food or the like, and enjoy it all at the big dining table, on the deck, or out in the backyard, complete with wrought iron tables and chairs,
