A secret place in a crowded city center, Juin stay Juin stay is located in a quiet local residential alley in South Korea. With red brick houses built in the 1970s and 1980s, the street is full of retro Korean feel. You can stay in the same houses you've seen in K-dramas. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you can relax and unwind at the end of your day. Juin stay always wants your stay to be comfortable, and that's why we do our best to make it so. The space Juin is located a 6-minute walk from Guro Station in Seoul. North of Guro Station is a park along Anyangcheon Stream(안양천), where you can enjoy cherry blossoms in spring. South of Guro Station, you'll find Guro Street Park(구로거리공원), NC Department Store & amenities, and undiscovered restaurants. The neighborhood is close to business districts including the Guro Digital Complex and offers a quiet and peaceful atmosphere after rush hour. Guest access Juin consists of two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, and bathroom, and comes with its own parking space. Other things to note 🙌 Things to know before booking - Due to the traditional nature of Korea, outdoor shoes are not allowed. (We have indoor shoes available). - Self-check-in is available, and you will be notified the day before your visit. - Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 11am. - security camera is installed at the front door entrance for security purposes. - Basic cooking is possible. However, smoke and odorous food (meat and fish (including crab)) are not allowed. - Parking is available for 1 car. For additional cars, please use the paid parking lot of NC Department Store. - Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is absolutely prohibited in all areas of Juin. *Failure to comply will result in immediate eviction and additional cleaning fees. - Damage to the facility, removal of room equipment, or loss will result in a reimbursement fee. - Commercial photography and videography (including advertising, product photography, shopping malls, social media markets) and drone photography are not allowed. - Please contact Airbnb for any reservation changes or other inquiries. 🙌 Information - The threshold of the bathroom is very high. Please be careful when stepping out of the shower to avoid injury. - Pets are not allowed in Juin. - Please respect the check-out time to clean up the room. - Please wash dishes when you leave and place your trash in the designated area. - Please be considerate of your neighbors when it comes to noise in the evening (after 22:00).
