Why not relax in the conservatory and take in the Pembrokeshire sunshine with a good book, whilst your children are exploring the large gardens? Prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen which is complete with a Rayburn cooker, then relax whilst enjoying a freshly cooked breakfast in the open plan dining area. In the evening, put your feet up in front of the wood burner whilst planning the adventures for the following day. A visit to the magnificent Carew Castle is not to be missed. The castle has a history spanning 2000 years and lies overlooking the 23-acre majestic mill pond with its restored tidal mill, which is one of only five in the UK. Pembroke Castle is also well worth a visit. For the beach lovers, Manorbier is a 5-minute drive away, also with a castle. Further around this stunning coastline, you will come across Tenby and then onto the harbour town of Saundersfoot, where line caught fish are always a speciality dish in the plethora of gourmet restaurants overlooking the coast.
