The space The living room is spacious and bright, with comfortable sofas, chairs and a TV area, creating a cosy atmosphere for relaxing and socialising. The dining room, with elegant decor, is perfect for enjoying long meals together in a refined and relaxed setting. On the ground floor, there are four bedrooms: two en-suite with single beds, one with a double bed, and another with two single beds. Two additional bathrooms also serve this floor, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. On the first floor, there is a fifth bedroom, a double en-suite, offering a more private space. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a practical pantry, providing extra storage and functionality during your stay. Outside, the beautifully maintained gardens surround the heatable pool (additional cost), creating the perfect setting for sunbathing on the loungers. The outdoor dining area is ideal for enjoying the Algarve’s pleasant weather. The property also includes a games room with a snooker table and a terrace with table and chairs, offering extra entertainment for all ages. Located in Cerro de Águia, the villa is close to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and golf courses, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating. This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).
