Originally built in 1968, it is a wonderful example of what a simpler life was like on the island back before tourism, Hurricane Hugo, and the IOP Connector. This lovely home has undergone numerous updates and additions over the years and will be a great spot for rest and relaxation! Set on a large .35 acre lot just four easy blocks to the ocean and one block from the IOP Recreation Department playground and park, this house is perfect for families. The spacious screened porch and varied sleeping arrangements make it a wonderful place for friends to gather. The charm and coziness of this house makes it ideal for a romantic beach getaway. The interior of this home is 1020 sq ft - it is small inside but the use of space is sensible and efficient.
