Downstairs is split into two separate living room areas, with a central kitchen, dining room, + breakfast nook. 4 Smart TVs to stream your favorite entertainment, an assortment of board games, a ping pong/pool table, a basketball mini hoop, a multi-game arcade machine, and a bristle dartboard give guests tons of entertainment options! You’ll find the newly renovated kitchen offers plenty of bright open space and top end appliances to prepare and enjoy meals with your group, as well as multiple seating options at the dining table, bar counter, or breakfast nook. Guest access The entire home, yard, and garage and all amenities available are accessible to guests and private for your use only. Other things to note CHECK IN: In accordance with local ordinances, the person named on the booking must provide matching ID and sign the Good Neighbor Policy in order to receive home access info. This person must also be staying in the home. Other guests will not be permitted to check in until this process is completed. Keep this is mind when booking and arranging travel. GUESTS: Please make sure to mark the correct number of guests (including pets); no additional guests, temporary visitors, or events of any type are permitted. Any guests found in violation of the permitted maximum guest count will be subject to immediate cancellation without refund & subject to fines. PARKING: In accordance with local ordinances, a maximum of 3 cars are permitted to park onsite. Parking more cars, or parking in the yard or street is prohibited. PHOTO/VIDEO: No professional filming or photography is permitted. NOISE: Please keep noise levels at a respectable volume at all times, and refrain from using amplified media outdoors. Voices, music, or noise of any kind should not be audible beyond the property line. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM, including inside the home, as sound travels easily in the area. Spa use is not permitted during quiet hours. SMOKING/VAPING: Smoking or vaping of any substance is not permitted inside the home. You may smoke outside as long as any ash, butts, or other debris are disposed of properly. PETS: Well-trained pets are allowed. No pets are permitted on furniture (especially couches/beds). Any excessive shedding or messes/waste must be cleaned up. Pets may not be left unsupervised unless crated. If crating your pet, please ensure that they don’t bark. The pet fee does not cover additional cleaning or damages caused by pets. Pets must be leashed at all times when outside. EXTRAS: Snow shovels, toys, and sleds are for all guests to use and enjoy; please feel free use them but return them in good condition. GAMES: Games in the game room are subject to availability and may be switched out from time to time.
