Florabella Studio

Nestled on a large bush block in the lower Blue Mountains is this secluded, self-contained studio with lovely views and access to a 9-metre swimming pool. The beauty of the Blue Mountains National Park beckons, with Florabella Pass and other spectacular and often quieter bushwalks starting just at the end of our street. The studio is conveniently located for the cafés and shops of Glenbrook and Springwood, with a local store and a larger supermarket just minutes away. The space The studio is a simply furnished space consisting of a single room and ensuite bathroom with a total area of approximately 20m2. It is attached to a garage used for storage that is separate from our family home. It has parking at the door and its own keyed entrance. The room has a double bed and a single bed and can accommodate three guests. There is also a kitchenette, table and chairs, reverse cycle air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The kitchenette, made largely from reclaimed and recycled materials, includes a sink, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and portable cooktop, and is kitted out with all your kitchen needs (or if it's not, we are happy to lend you things from the house). There is also an outdoor gas BBQ available to you located next to the studio. Please note that there is no TV in the studio, but we can set you up with a monitor if you would like. You are very welcome to use our pool while you are here, and borrow any other items you might need during your stay (e.g. iron). EV charging (type 2 plug) is available for a fee but needs to be coordinated with us in advance to fit in with our own charging needs. Charging rates are $0.07/kWh between midnight and 6am and $0.32/kWh at other times. Guest access You are welcome to use our pool during your stay. Other things to note - We have a dog and also chickens who like to free range (including into the studio if you forget to shut the door). - There are two beehives on the property.
