While most other homes only offer two or three themed rooms, every room in our house is themed. This vehicle limit applies to both guests and any visitors they may have. Once the limit is reached for a property, no additional vehicles will be allowed in the resort. 📌One of our property managers has a severe allergy to dogs and cats, and we've also been informed by some guests of their severe allergies in advance. In order to prevent serious allergic reactions, we kindly request that pets are not brought into the house. Guests who disregard this policy and bring pets will be held responsible for any resulting consequences. 📌 Please note that the pool fence is in place, even though it may not be visible in the photos as the photographer focused on capturing beautiful shots. The pool fence is a mandatory safety requirement at the resort, so always ensure it is properly set up. A moment of negligence could lead to lifelong regret. 📌 Recreational vehicles (RVs) are no longer permitted on the premises of Windsor Island Resort. RVs are not permitted for loading or unloading. RVs will need to be stored off-site during the guest's/owner's stay. There are local RV parks and storage facilities that can accommodate the storage of such vehicles. 📌We offer a complimentary initial supply of essential household items, ranging from shampoo, conditioner, and body wash to bath towels, pool towels, toilet paper, paper towels, salt and pepper, cooking oil, trash bags, washing powder, etc. Due to variations in booking durations and individual preferences, we cannot specify the exact quantities guests may require. For extended stays, we suggest acquiring additional supplies at a local store based on your specific needs. 📌The washing machine & drying machine are in the house. 📌We are baby-friendly (we have high chairs, fordable cribs, and pool child safety nets!) 📌We are unable to provide baby crib blankets and bedding due to hygiene reasons. 📌For your safety and peace of mind, security cameras are installed at the front door, overlooking the pool area, and near the pool heater. All cameras are located outdoors, and there are no cameras inside the home. The cameras are used solely for safety and security purposes. We do not actively monitor the footage, but it may be reviewed if an incident occurs or if requested by law enforcement. 📌The HOA states that upon guests' arrival at the gatehouse, officers are required to collect a valid driver's license from the driver and some form of identification from all passengers in the vehicle who are over the age of 18. Individuals without any form of identification will not be permitted to enter. 📌We only provide a specific type of stroller. You can view a picture of the stroller in our listing. The maximum weight capacity for this toddler stroller is 45 pounds. 📌If you require baby items (under 2 years old), please inform us in advance. Let us know the number of babies in your group and specify the items you need, such as a high chair, crib, Pack'n Play, stroller, etc. 📌Windsor Island Resort is a short-term rental community, and there are no mailboxes or mailbox kiosks located in the community. Typically, packages delivered by providers such as UPS, FedEx, and Amazon can be delivered directly to the address. USPS will not deliver to any address in the community. The clubhouse will not accept ANY mail or packages. 📌The driver of the vehicle is required to show a physical, valid driver’s license at the front gate to enter the community; All parties 18 years or older are required to show ID at the front gate to enter the community. Also, when purchasing alcohol at the Blue Marlin Grille, a physical, valid driver’s license is required. No digital licenses are accepted in Windsor Island Resort. 📌Many of our furnishings are custom-made, such as the bed in the Versailles-themed room, which was crafted by artisans who create furniture specifically for Asian royalty. Therefore, we kindly ask that you take special care of the furniture. Thank you. 📌Our stroller is a basic model, so it might not be as comfortable as your own or one you rent. If possible, we recommend bringing your own stroller or renting one for added comfort. 📌Our arcade machines may differ from those shown in the videos and photos. This happens because the arcade machines are used frequently by many people, making them prone to wear and tear. When they break, we replace them with new ones. However, some of the original models have been discontinued, so we are unable to get an exact replacement. In such cases, we substitute with a different arcade machine. 📌The pool maintenance company will perform maintenance once a week, typically on Mondays or Tuesdays. However, the schedule may change depending on weather conditions or their availability of resources. Please note that the company operates independently and will not inform us in advance of any schedule changes, so we are unable to notify guests beforehand. 📌Please review the frequently asked questions and pool information (especially if booking in winter) before completing your reservation. 📌Please do not use the outlet to charge your electric vehicle (EV). There have been fire incidents reported in other neighborhoods caused by this type of usage. 📌To make your stay even more special, we offer our guests a complimentary custom photo collage in a premium Disney-inspired design. Created using your own photos, names, and favorite words, it’s a unique, high-end keepsake to remember your magical Orlando getaway. (One custom collage per reservation — exclusively designed for your group.) 📌Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Requests If you are not planning to check in early or check out late, you can ignore this section. But if you are, please read carefully: We understand the convenience of early check-in or late check-out, and we try our best to accommodate when possible. However, due to the popularity of this home and the high volume of last-minute bookings, it is often difficult to confirm in advance. Early check-in can only be confirmed one day before your arrival, depending on whether the night before gets booked and whether the cleaners can prepare the home in time. Late check-out is even harder to arrange, as new guests can book on the same day—even just hours before check-in time. For example, we once approved a noon check-out, but someone booked the same house at 11am for a same-day check-in at 4pm. That caused major scheduling conflicts and stress for all parties. Also, please note that our cleaning schedule is arranged well in advance. If check-out time is extended, it is very difficult for the cleaning team to adjust their route and timing, especially during busy seasons. 📌If you’d like to make the most of your stay in Orlando, late August through September is a fantastic time to visit. ✨ Not only is this period considered one of the best value seasons with excellent villa rates, but the theme parks like Disney and Universal are also less crowded — meaning shorter lines and a more relaxed experience for your family. Another great way to maximize value is by sharing the home with friends or extended family. The nightly cost per family becomes much lower than booking multiple hotel rooms, while everyone still enjoys the comfort, space, and privacy of a full villa. 🏡🎢
