The huge spacious deck provides a place to meditate, read, socialize with your best friend(s), or just relax with a glass of wine. Let your creativity out and enjoy this peaceful space. You up for it? Outdoor shower can be refreshing. This house has all you need for a short or long stay. The space There is a living room, dinning area, kitchen, and laundry. This home is immaculate and fresh. Natural light is abundant. Master bedroom have French doors that opens up to this impressive deck overlooking the horizon with a breathtaking view. The charming second bedroom has a closet and it’s own bathroom. This home came with a wrap around porch, accessible to the sunroom and covered patio. Downstairs is the guesthouse that is on short term rental and is separate from the upstairs. You can also book the downstairs guesthouse if there’s not enough space upstairs. But book way ahead because the guesthouse are always busy with short term rental guests. Guest access The end of the driveway is dedicated to the guesthouse guest parking. Please keep driveway clear at all times. Otherwise everything upstairs and backyard is ok to use. The deck is huge for any type of socializing that you won’t want to go anywhere else. Outdoor shower is amazing for you and your guests to cool off in the summer and for cold showers in the cold seasons. Let the shower run for a few seconds before jumping in. Other things to note Town is 5 miles away. Montgomery Drive is the old part of town and is my favorite. It has historical buildings with a couple of nice restaurants and shops. Union Cafe is my favorite and Mugshots for coffee and pastries. They are right across from each other. In summer and fall, Fri and Sat Union Cafe have live band from 6-9pm. Bands are locals and there are many here in Butte County. Louisa and her husband owns Union Cafe and they are lovely. Make sure introduce yourself if they’re not busy. Food it Great!
