Via the Candidplatz subway station (400 m away) or several bus stops with different lines, the city center can be reached in 5 minutes (by subway) or 15 minutes (by bus). The space The apartment is on the 2nd floor and is accessible (there is an elevator). It has floor-to-ceiling windows, oak parquet and underfloor heating in all rooms. The heart of the apartment is the open, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and connected living and dining area, which invites you to cozy (cooking) evenings. The living room also has a cozy sofa and a smart TV. The bedroom has a large box spring bed (1.80 cm), a wardrobe and (if necessary) a BabyBay. The large daylight bathroom has a bathtub, toilet and a changing table. The second bathroom has a shower and toilet. There is a large, covered loggia incl. seating and a big gas BBQ. The washing machine/dryer is located in the storage room, which also serves as a storage room for clothes racks, ironing boards and canned food. A parking space in the in-house underground garage can be used free of charge. If necessary, please let us know in advance. Guest access You have access to the apartment including the loggia, underground garage and garbage room.
