The standard of our CLEANING PROTOCOL has been carefully designed to offer an immaculate place, using top quality cleaning products and a housekeeper who has been specially trained, fallowing all the regulations and recommendations the World Health Organization is giving, here you will feel completely SAFE during your vacations. Located just couple blocks away from DOWNTOWN, our privileged location gives you the flexibility to explore more easily, the attractions in the area. A completely equipped apartment; fully stocked kitchen offers the chance to cook every single meal you want (oil, sugar, salt, tea and coffee are provided for free in the kitchen), attached to a cozy living room with comfortable couch and T.V. About the beds, the place has one KING SIZE BED. The cozy full bathroom offers a shower with hot water, hairdryer (amenities include: toilet paper, soap, shampoo, towels, cotton swabs). Finally the complementary amenities includes: a powerful A/C cooling the entire place, High speed wi-fi INTERNET connection (100/100m.b.p.s) perfect for business travelers, bikes to rent and free access to our shared third floor rooftop terrace with breathtaking view to the Arenal Volcano. Also at the back, you will find a sink with soap powder, in case that you need to hand-wash some clothes (but we offer laundry service in case of needed). The place has an exceptional and the most spectacular VOLCANO VIEW that you won’t find in the whole town. It features some tables and chairs for chilling and enjoying the view. Other things to note EARLY ARRIVAL OR LATE DEPART FROM LA FORTUNA ... >> I know there are always many clients arriving earlier than check in time or they also need to depart later than check out time, so for those cases, we have decided to enable a section of our housekeeper's area, to safety store the luggage that clients need. So do not worry if you have an early / late transportation or any other situation, we will always have a safe area where you will have the chance to leave your stuffs. ABOUT THE CLEANING…..>> Cleaning is included after your check out, Rafaela our housekeeper works so hard to offer you a spotless apartment and she has been specially trained to have the most highly cleaning standard, honestly you can feel completely safe during your stay, but considering that we are a tropical country and located in a mountain area, we can’t control many kinds of insects around, so please keep doors and windows closed, especially at night. >>>> ABOUT TOWELS AND BED LINEN…>>> As standard procedure, we leave one towel per person for 1-2 nights stay. We do not leave towels for outdoor activities since mostly tour operators and hot springs offer towels when the activity needs it. All the bed linen is replaced and washed after your check out, this includes blankets and all possible accessories since it is part of our careful cleaning standards and an essential part for offering an immaculate space for next client arriving. ABOUT WATER QUALITY FOR DRINKING…>>>We are a blessed town with a high-quality water resource, so it's totally safe to drink the water from the tap in the apartment or anywhere around La Fortuna. Of course, it is anyway your decision if you want to buy water.
