The downstairs is a separate unit that might be booked by others – no shared spaces! - Pets welcome with a fee! Must be crated if left alone & pet messes must be cleaned up. -Must be 21+ to book. ID & credit card verification required. - House sits on a dirt road — please drive with care! - POOL & HOT TUB NOTES: -The pool gets serviced twice a week Please do not touch the pool equipment — it’s a big no-no -Hot tub also gets regular maintenance, so don’t be surprised if someone stops by! We’re just down the road and here if you need us! For emergencies, we’ll be right there — for minor stuff, we’ll wait until after your stay so you can relax in peace So what are you waiting for?! To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, Getaways requires all vacation rental guests to be 21 years of age or older unless traveling as part of a family. ID verification is required before check-in. No exceptions are permitted. We are a small, family-owned business and regularly check on our properties. We also maintain close relationships with our neighbors to ensure a peaceful experience for everyone. No parties, no outside guests, no rough or disruptive behavior, and no moving of furniture. Violations may result in immediate removal with no refund. Guest access There's a completely separate and private the downstairs space in a different listing that may be rented out to other guests during your stay. There are NO shared spaces. The other listing does NOT have access to the pool, hot tub/game area, yard, or parking pad. This listing does NOT have access to the carport, private yard, inflatable hot tub, or living space for designated for the downstairs apartment. There is one owner's closet in the home that is off limits. We have signs on these doors and they are locked. The rest of the house is yours to enjoy! Other things to note **ENHANCEMENTS: When completing your online guest portal (after booking) you will have the opportunity to add on additional amenities to enhance your stay! *Portable Baby Crib *Pack-n-Play *High Chair *Portable Pop-up Beach Playpen *Strollers *Coolers *Wagon *Beach Umbrellas *Adults snorkel *Kids snorkel Must be paid for & requested after booking via Guest Portal No smoking inside the home. Children must never be left unattended. **PET POLICY: Pets OK, $75 fee (must be paid) but are not allowed in the home alone without being in a crate/kennel. Guests are expected to pick up messes from pets. Any additional pets require management approval prior to arrival. Home is located off a dirt road. Guests should be aware of this and use caution when driving. **POOL: Guests may NOT, at any time, tamper with the pool equipment. This is considered breaking house rules and can and will damage equipment. If a guest is found doing so at any time during their stay, this is grounds for immediate termination of the stay with no refund. Please note: excessive rain causes pool chemicals to be knocked off balance. Pool & hot tubs MUST be serviced 2x per week. Please do not be alarmed if pool & hot tub maintenance come by during your stay. By booking this home, you are acknowledging these statements.** Please note: while it is highly unlikely that there are issues with the hot tub, it is a possibility and there is no guarantee. Additionally, excessive rain/exposure to outside elements causes chemicals to be knocked off balance. Hot tubs MUST be serviced 2x per week. Please do not be alarmed if hot tub maintenance come by during your stay. By booking this home, you are acknowledging these statements.** When booking, it is assumed you have read and agree to this agreement. You and your guests are bound to all terms and conditions listed in this rental agreement, as well as the property specific rules and regulations.
