Chill Downtown Getaway

Relaxing Downtown base for play and work. This spot is walkable to everything downtown and great access for ATX. You can get around with a quick Uber or scooter. Has a queen bed perfect for a 1 or 2 person getaway. There's a desk for your doodling projects and postcard writing. There's Wifi to make some memes and send snarky emails to your boss. You could also binge watch smart TV with Roku, Netflix. Stock the kitchen with food and cook it, wash your clothes free. A great place in a great city! The space This is a studio condo with an open living and is designed for up to 2 adults to kick back and enjoy. There is Wifi and Roku / Netflix on the smart TV. FREE community laundry on the floor. The bedroom has its own dedicated space without a door and with a curtain to divide the space if needed. There is definitely a coffee maker with free coffee! The kitchen is fully stocked with all your kitchen needs and wine glasses of course. Clean sheets, clean towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner provided! This space features a queen bed. The condo is nearly 500 square feet. Parking is an assigned spot in a covered garage. The garage has low clearance (7 feet) and the parking spots are regular, car-sized spots. Large SUVs and trucks will stick out too far. There is paid city street parking (~$1/hr) during day time, and it is free overnight and on Sundays. Guest access Comes with an assigned parking spot. The bike rack. Community laundry room on the same floor (or another floor). Free washer+dryer use! NOTE: If you need to receive packages, it's your responsibility to have them left at the door (and not in the mailbox). We cannot provide access to the mailbox. You need to tell the vendor and shipper this! Other things to note I am just a text or email away, however if there is an emergency please call otherwise text is probably the fastest way to reach me.
