The cozy living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen are located on the first floor with direct access to the terrace and garden. Here you can enjoy the sun loungers around the large pool with a relaxing water curtain. If you just want to relax, you can use the inviting outdoor hot tub. The outdoor kitchen and dining area can serve as a magical culinary spot to sample local dishes while watching the night lights shimmer in the pool or catch an interesting game on the large TV screen at the end of the swimming pool. The basement hides some additional wellness gems, such as a Finnish and Turkish sauna and an indoor jacuzzi. There is also a traditional konoba where you can spend your evenings together. All levels of the villa are connected with an internal staircase. It is worth mentioning that there are several national parks (Kornati, Krka, Paklenica, Northern Velebit and Vransko Lake Nature Park and the more distant Plitvice Lakes) and numerous cultural and historical sights of Zadar and Sibenik.
