SUITE A: 1 bed / 1 bath, full kitchen, living room, High top table (dining for 2) washer & Dryer SUITE B: 1 bed / 1 bath, full kitchen, living room, 3 seats for dining, washer & Dryer SUITE C: 1 bed / 1 bath, full kitchen, living room, washer & Dryer, & Dining table seats 4, Work desk SUITE D: 1 bed / 1 bath, full kitchen, 3 seats for dining, washer & Dryer, (does not have a living room) Please Note: The unit has Air Conditioning only. There is no Heat or Space Heaters in the unit. Very comfortable queen sized bed with lots of pillows. Sleeps 2 comfortably in the bedroom and 1 guests on couch in Living Room, extra pillows and blankets are in the closet. Hurricane impact windows and doors make for a quiet and safe stay. Stocked with iron, iron board, blowdryer, cleaning products, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, towels, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and much more. Just bring your toothbrush. Guest access The full kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven and Kurig coffee maker. The Kitchen includes: All utensils for eating and cooking, pots, pans, colander, grater, peeler, dishes, bowls, wine glasses, and much more. It is more or less your home away from home. Please Note: The unit has Air Conditioning only. There is no heating or space heaters in the unit. Full size Washer and Dryer in the unit, ironing board and iron. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and Blowdryer Publix (grocery store) is about a 10 minute walk or 3 minute drive. The pool is surrounded by six lounge chairs, one table with umbrella and four chairs. Towels are also provided. The pool is not heated. There is a propane BBQ to grill outside in the common area. Please Note: The Pool and BBQ areas are shared guest spaces. Other things to note Your hosts Brooke and Rich are very friendly and personable. Brooke is a Realtor and Rich is an entrepreneur. We live ten minutes from the property and are available 24/7. We also have a maintenance person on call 24/7. The entire building can be rented out by larger groups. Our property is NOT clothing optional to respect the other guests.
