Downstairs, you will find 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. Upstairs, you have access to 1 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a large mezzanine with a working desk and sofa. Parties, gatherings, events, and undeclared visitors are strictly prohibited. The number of guests present must match the reservation and must never exceed the authorized capacity. A security camera is installed in the front courtyard, at the entrance gate, solely for safety and access control purposes, in compliance with Airbnb policies.
