Come and recharge your batteries, get away from everyday life in the sweetness of our Chat Lait thanks to its calm environment but also its amenities. The space - Single-storey chalet (70 m2) - 3 bedrooms - Quiet and residential neighborhood (dead end) - Private parking on the property and parking lots - Equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, bread and brioche machine, TASSIMO coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.), - Convertible pool table - Sleeps 6 - TV + Chromecats - Terrace with garden furniture - Private boules court (boules and molkky games on site) - Crossing balcony - Flat and private garden - Pellet stove - Board games - King size beds and children's crib - Outdoor video surveillance system - many accessories for children/babies (on request) No wifi here… but plenty of serenity bars and giga-tranquility! We chose to disconnect so that everyone can really enjoy the place (and the fellow travelers🐾). Outside for adventurers, Lake Bournazel is equipped with a beach, a health course, a playground for children and a water ski lift, all just 3 minutes away on foot. For more information, don't hesitate to chat with us 🐾📲 Guest access Take highway exit 45 from the A20, then continue on the D1120 for 7 minutes, finally 3rd exit at the roundabout before arriving at CHAT LAIT. Parking is possible on the grounds, make sure to respect the direction of access: go down the gravel access then exit through the grounds. Parking is available in the street parking spaces (recommended in bad weather) Other things to note Very quiet location. Walking distance (less than 5 minutes) - Lake SEILHAC (Bournazel) equipped with a playground, beach, water activities: wakeboard, paddle, pedal boat, etc. Lake composed of a part reserved for fishing. - Outdoor rugby and basketball court. A few minutes by car: - Restaurants, pizzerias, - Bakery/Pastry shop, - Bar/tobacconist, - Pharmacy, - Medical center, - U Supermarket with drive-through, - Market (Sunday mornings and evenings during country markets during the summer period), - "From the cellar to the table", wine and spirits cellar, coffee, souvenirs, local grocery store, etc. Security: outdoor video surveillance system Prohibition of recharging electric vehicles under penalty of re-invoicing of consumption.
