We LOVE our home and wanted to share it with others while we’re away. The house can be rented including the studio apartment if preferred. We rent it at a discounted price when it’s rented with the house. PLEASE TAKE NOTE: There is currently a long term renter in the studio apt basement that uses a semi private entrance and shared laundry space (similar to hotel or apt setting where there are some common areas).
