Located on the 4th floor with lovely views of trees and the main road. Location Excellent transport links — 8-minute walk to the Piccadilly line, and about 15 minutes to Bowes Park and New Southgate stations. Around 35 minutes door-to-door to Green Park (via Finsbury Park and the Victoria line). About Your Stay This is my personal home, so during bookings I stay with my partner elsewhere. Some personal belongings are stored away neatly. I’ve hosted for years with 20+ five-star reviews and pride myself on maintaining a spotless, comfortable space. Please note that one recent four-star review came from a long-term guest who caused damage (fully compensated by Airbnb). The flat is professionally cleaned and maintained to a consistent five-star standard. Guest access I usually welcome guests personally upon arrival, but I’m also happy to arrange a convenient key handover if preferred.
