Unique art house with amazing ocean views and sauna

Peace, sea, soul and charm right by Flensburg Fjord. With a new sauna and 70 sqm terrace - both with sea views. 6 guests have access to: Beautiful kitchen and bathroom, large living room with TV and internet and unique sea views. 3 large bedrooms and all with the most beautiful view of the fjord. Gendarmstien/Gendarmenwanderweg and fantastic nature as a neighbor, close to Flensburg and Sønderborg and walking distance to the restaurants Pearl, Sivgaarden and Providence. Doors are decorated with landscape motifs by the artist Wilhelm Dreesen. The space On the property there is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, etc. There is a large bathroom with a large shower and hairdryer. Large living room with full view of Flensburg Fjord/Forde. with 2 doors with direct access to the garden and the fjord. WIFI and Large flat screen with Netflix and other apps as well as ChromeCast or connect your computer to the flat screen with HDMI. Lots of board games (mostly in Danish), big box with lego and other toys. 3 Large bedrooms. 1 with 2 single beds the other 2 with double bed. All have plenty of closet space for our dear guests and everyone has the most amazing sea view of Flensburg Fjord/Forde. Large, newly-built sauna (approx. 6 people) with sea view must be booked separately upon request. Furthermore, beautiful outdoor areas such as large 70 sqm wooden sun terrace, chairs for sitting in the garden, umbrella and a large shed with washing machine and baby chair or other equipment that can be freely used. The property also has 2 sea kayaks, which can be booked for a fee upon request. Guest access Guests can use the entire house as well as all outdoor areas. Other things to note A little about the history: The house was formerly owned by the artist Wilhelm Dreesen, who more than 100 years ago painted landscape motifs from Norway on the house's doors. Wilhelm Dreesen was part of the artists' colony in Egernsund and earned money by traveling with cruise ships to other countries and painting landscape motifs that could be used for marketing. Wilhelm Dreesen was enthusiastic about the nature in Norway, and therefore the doors of our house are painted with Norwegian landscapes. However, we can also see a few motifs from the borderland :-) A little about the area and activities: It is a fantastic area and with Gendarmstien/Gendarmenweg as one of the most beautiful hiking trails in Northern Europe as a neighbor, you have good opportunities for trips. We love going to Flensborg or Sønderborg, finding a good cafe and sitting in the squares and enjoying life and a beer. There are also opportunities to sail around Flensborg Fjord/Förde between the towns (with the bicycle ferry Tjalfe or with ships from Flensborg, see more on the website www flensburger-foerde de. Our guests, of course, have to jump into the water every day right outside the door, but otherwise some of Denmark's most beautiful beaches are close by, and in winter the swimming pool in Fiskenæs is only 5 minutes away by car. It is also not far to restaurants such as Sivgaarden in Rinkenæs and Providence and to "Restaurant Pearl" in Stranderød.
