At the Feet of the Pizzo Badile and Concarena (sacred mountains for the ancient camuni) Modern style apartment recently refurbished (2017). Energy class A + Forced mechanical ventilation, floor heating and cooling. Private room with two single beds. Private bathroom with toilet, bidet, bathtub, sink, mirror. Shared apartment with owner, bedroom and bathroom for exclusive use. Guests will have access to a pod coffee machine, as well as an equipped kitchen. Guest access Guests can use it, sharing it with me, the living room (where another bed could be installed if requested), including smart tv connected to the internet. If you like, I can cook something with you or offer you some board games. During the weekends I am more present, and in case of my absence you can count on my parents, who live in the apartment below. There is a large selection of board games, which can be used by guests, either independently or together with me :-) Other things to note A short contract will be signed and identity documents of all occupants will be requested as required by law.
