The space A completely private 1 bedroom cottage, located on waterfront property. The private backyard touches the ripples of the Goodland Bay. Come and let the water trickle past your toes, as you sit outback looking east, out over the Everglades. Enjoy the stars without any light pollution for miles! The living room is an open layout to the kitchen, with a sitting area, and dining table, a 55'' flat screen Smart T.V. We are wired with Cable T.V. and high speed WiFi. The bedroom has a California King size bed and a closet. The kitchen is equipped with all your basic cooking tools. We provide coffee & filters, for your morning cup of Jo! Be sure to enjoy your cup, out back, while watching the sun rise above the mangroves! While visiting us here in Goodland, you can enjoy your solitude by biking, kayaking, and boating. This particular apartment is located amongst other units, but rest assure you will not share any ways of in & out. You will be sure to have a peaceful getaway, on our very own private corner of paradise. We offer a pair of his/ her bicycles to cruise around the island with, a set of beach chairs, to take along with you to the beach, a tandem kayak, with life vests. We have our very on kayak launch, right in our backyard, along with a pier for fishing. Bring your own skiff, poles, or boat along with you during your stay! No need to travel anywhere off the property to enjoy the great Everglades. We have plenty of parking space if you would like to tow along your boat/trailer. The Goodland Boat Park is less then 1 mile away, where you may launch your vessel, and motor around, to Marker 7, to dock in the backyard. Just be sure to let us know if you plan on bringing your boat, to ensure the parking area, and docking area are available. Please Note: we are NOT located on Marco Island. We are located in the village of Goodland Fl 34140. 5 miles from the City of Marco Island. Guest access As our guest, you will have access to our entire private waterfront property. We offer bikes, and kayaks for our guests. We are located within walking distance to all local attractions: restaurants, boat parks, marinas, and a free museum. Goodland gets quiet in the summer. Please note, depending on the time of your stay, especially in the summer, June-October some of the local attractions have seasonal hours. 3 out of the 4 restaurants & the Fish market are closed from the end June until October. The Crabby Lady stays open, but on “summer hours” them close early. We do not have direct beach access. The beach is 6 miles west into Marco Island. We have communal coin operated washer and dryer available on the premises, that is available for our guests. Other things to note Marco Island Beaches are 6 miles away.
