Oak View House is a Self-Catering Home within Walkersons Private Estate, just outside of Dullstroom. It is the best place to relax, recharge and enjoy some quality time with your loved ones. Perfect for a family getaway or a weekend away with some friends. Take in the spectacular elevated view of the surroundings of the estate and the stylish interior the house has to offer. Oak View is equipped with Solar Panels so that you can still enjoy the house to its fullest during Loadshedding. The space SELF CATERING HOME • 3 Bedrooms each with an en-suite Bathroom • Single Level Home • Fully Equipped Kitchen • Fire Place (first batch of wood & fire lighters supplied, thereafter you can purchase in town) • NO PETS ALLOWED IN THE ESTATE due to wild life roaming the grounds. • Gas Braai & Regular Wood Braai Stand outside • There is a gorgeous hiking trail that starts at the bottom of our property • Fresh Towels & Change of linen for stays longer than 5 nights - free of charge Guest access With 3 bedrooms (2 King, 1 Queen) and 3 en-suite bathrooms, Oak View House can accommodate 6 guest with ease. Travelling with an infant? We do have a camping cot available on request. The open plan Kitchen and Dining space makes the perfect gathering area whilst cooking and enjoying each others company over a nice glass of red, or relax on the coach in the adjacent living space in front of the fireplace. With a seperate Living area, the kids can prop themselves in front of the TV (Full DSTV with all sport channels) for some down time while parents enjoy a book in the cozy Sunroom. Other things to note By obtaining a Fishing License from the hotel or online, guests can enjoy exquisite Fly Fishing on the estate grounds at the various trout dams. Need fishing gear? Head down to the hotel and rent rods, flies and a cart to move around in between the dams. LOADSHEDDING: Oak View House has Solar Panels to provide power during power outages. Walkersons Estate has a No Pets policy as there are Wild Animals on the property.
